About us
A Dubai Municipality licensed pest control company
Star Al Madina Pest Control & Cleaning Services has been treating homes, businesses, construction sites and cargo across Dubai since 2010. We are licensed, directly employ our technicians, and use only products registered with the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
Our team identifies the root cause of a pest problem — species, breeding areas and entry points — then recommends proofing or environmental changes alongside the treatment, so the problem does not simply return.

Four things we do differently

We identify before we treat
Species identification, breeding areas and entry points are recorded at the inspection. Spraying without that is guesswork.
We tell you what caused it
Proofing work and environmental changes are written into the report, whether or not you hire us to do them.
We employ our technicians
Uniformed, trained, continuously re-certified, and on our payroll. No subcontracted crews turning up at your door.
We come back
Follow-up visits, guarantees and maintenance are part of the quoted job, not an upsell afterwards.

Products chosen for the people in the building
Every product we apply is registered with the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. Where a botanical or non-toxic option will do the job, we use it. Where it will not, we say so and explain the re-entry time before we start.

Our technicians are uniformed, trained and directly employed. These were taken on a live pre-construction anti-termite job: full PPE, a treatment programme worked around the contractor's pour dates, and the same crew on site from the first stage to the last.
